Very Poor Service Experience

The service here is extremely disappointing. There was no kettle provided in the room, so I went to the kitchen to request hot water for my wife to take her medication. They promised to send it to our room, but after waiting for two hours, nothing arrived. When I went back to ask again, I was dismissively told to contact the reception. Even after speaking with the reception, there was absolutely no response. The staff was incredibly arrogant, and despite asking 3 different times, we never received the hot water.
