Couple • India • Oct 2026My expirence with this hotel was very bad, the rooms were unhygienic, there was insects around the room, the bedsheets and pillow was so dirty and glasses ketel also dirty and the fridge in the room was too smelly l, when I booked the room i paid extra for breakfast and lunch/dinner but the at the time of dinner they refuse to provide me the dinner and ask me that in the booking amount the dinner is not included and talked to me so rudely, only one thing was good and that is breakfast and all other things were bad and I would not recommend this hotel for your stay

Bad very bad, Rooms are pathetic, hotel is at abandoned place, no maintaining, gallery rugs are teared, in room the linens are dirty with patches on it, in bathroom the sink is broken, jet is broken, no shower gel, no food facility at restaurant, they are charging huge amount for a single room and services are ridiculous, after calling multiple times they have came on 4th call for a thing. Made a huge mistake ..

I wish i could give zero star, as the hotel dont even deserves 1 star. Recently visited their banquet hall for exhibition, it was literally looking like a dumping yard. Fowl smell, no ac working and literally roof covered with a cloth which has water leakage stains, very dirty & i guess they hvnt changed it since from year 2012. I fell sick after i visited one exhibition there. Washrooms are so pathetic and unhygeinic whoever goes will get UTI for sure. Front office staff irresponsible and nonsense, they dont care even if we complain abt cleanliness. PATHETIC !!!
