Extremely disappointing stay. Be cautious before reserving this hotel, especially over long weekends. I booked two rooms at Nargila Palace via Agoda on 6 September 2026. Agoda sent a confirmation and showed my booking as Paid and Confirmed. Later, I got an email about a payment problem and that the hotel wanted to cancel. I contacted Agoda support immediately, and on 15 September 2026, they reconfirmed my booking. However, late that night, Agoda messaged me again about the room price. The hotel said they had mistakenly listed the wrong price and that the real price was higher. They demanded an extra ₹6,000 or they would cancel my booking. This is unacceptable. Once a room is booked, paid for, and confirmed, the customer shouldn't be asked for more money due to the hotel's pricing error. When I reached out to Agoda again, they said the hotel is owner-managed and they could only refund me. If I wanted to stay, I'd have to pay the extra amount. This happened just before a long weekend when prices usually rise, raising doubts about trusting the original confirmed price. If you've booked Nargila Palace through Agoda, I advise contacting the hotel directly to get written confirmation that your booking will be honored at the original price. I'm also worried that a guest might arrive and be told the booking can't be honored due to a "wrong price," leaving them with few options and possibly forcing them to pay a much higher last-minute rate elsewhere. My advice: avoid booking Nargila Palace through Agoda or similar sites until the hotel guarantees all confirmed bookings will be honored at the original price. Additionally, I doubt the authenticity of the reviews for this hotel. Based on my experience, they don't seem to reflect real customer experiences. Please research carefully before booking.

The rooms were spotless, roomy, and cozy. The bathrooms were clean, and the environment was calm and enjoyable. If you're visiting Hampi, I strongly suggest staying here. It's particularly suitable for families due to the large and comfortable rooms. The owner was kind, supportive, and accommodating during our entire stay. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would certainly recommend this hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Both the bathroom and the room were very clean and sanitary. The environment was calm and inviting. If you are visiting Hampi, I strongly suggest staying here.
