Hot water was not working Lots of cockroaches and room was not swept but arranged in order and wen I entered room it was sandy If it was swept and taps working in good condition then it would be exceptional. Value for money and near to destinations. If we travel in budget then go for this

First of all the hotel is located in nerrow street difficult to reach by taxy.We had booked the property for two different days.On first day it was found that the room was not cleaned and dust bean was full of garbage. It was cleaned only after pointed out by us.Worst experience was on send stay.I had told the staff telephonically to ensure cleaning of room before we reach and it was promised but on reaching the hotel it was found that the room was not cleaned. It was done only after telling. floor of the room was sticky even after cleaning.Very bad experience was on day of check out. Water was not available at morning. Even after several reminders to the staff it was made available at the time when we got ready to check out the hotel. Some of my family members left the hotel without bathing as were getting late for flight. At the time of check in the staff is insisting for immediate payment and after payment rest is forgotten. Hence I would not recommend anyone to stay in the hotel. The staff have neither ability to run a hotel nor interested for service they are quite careless.

But on reaching at property it was found that the room was not cleaned. It was done only after request. Hovewer floor of the room was sticky even after cleaning.Very bad experience was at morning as no water was available in bathroom /toilet.We were getting late for our flight in early morning however even after several reminders to the staff water was not made available. Some of our family members departed from hotel without bath as getting late for flight.Hence as per my experience the management of the hotel is quite irresponsible and careless and having no knowledge to run the hotel. However the room is well furnished but nothing more than that in the hotel.

We have stayed there for 3 nights, hotel location was close to the main market Aberdin bazar, very hygienic and with modern amenities. Host was very nice to the guests, she is so nice that every time she guided us with a friendly smile.Recommend to stay NH REGENCY as you will receive such a nice hospitality with budgeted price.
