When our travel plans unexpectedly changed, the team handled the rescheduling smoothly and without stress. Special thanks to Archana for providing a clear initial plan, and to Radha who promptly confirmed the date change without any issues. Kundan was great too—he managed our Nautika Royal Class ferry tickets, adjusted the package price as requested, and helped fine-tune our daily itinerary to align perfectly with our flight times. The team is very flexible and transparent. They even modified our last-day schedule so we could safely leave our luggage at the resort desk while fitting in a morning trip to Chidiyatapu and some shopping before the airport.
