We stayed as a family and have mixed feelings about the hotel. Pros: 1. Nice Staff, especially the lady managing the reception. Very helpful. 2. The restaurant had good ambience with a fireplace. 3. The Naga Dishes we ordered were tasty. Cons: 1. The place is completely outside, one shouldn't go there without a car. 2. The place requires better maintenance and facilities. For example at this price point they should provide Oil Radiator based room heaters in the winter. One of the rooms we stayed in didn't have hot water in the wash basin. 3. The non-local food items we ordered didn't taste good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hidden gem of a hotel, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The ambience was simply magical,surrounded by lush greenery, the only sounds were the gentle murmur of a nearby stream and the occasional song of birds. It was the perfect retreat from the noise and stress of everyday life.The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether it was a simple breakfast or a more elaborate dinner, every meal was a treat. You could tell care was taken in every dish.But what made this place truly special was the staff. Their hospitality was nothing short of exceptional. Every interaction felt genuine, warm, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and welcomed, anticipating needs before I even had to ask. It's rare to encounter such consistently kind and professional service.This hotel isn’t just a place to stay’it’s a place to breathe, unwind, and feel cared for. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
