I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The staff at the reception desk was unprofessional and unhelpful. Additionally, there were concerns regarding the billing process, which did not reflect the actual costs. I would advise caution before visiting, as the overall service did not meet expectations, and basic amenities such as bottled water were not provided. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
In the booking, I have mentioned my early arrival, since the majority of the hotels have 12 hour check out system. As expected, the keeper of the lodge said, rooms are full. Pay 500, and use a makeshift room till 12.00. This do-or-die situation forced me to shell out the money because it was inevitable. I used the booked room from 12.30 to 2.30 pm. This all happened because I could not get the contact number of the lodge to understand its occupancy policy. AGoda has also not provided the contact number of the lodge
This nivant hotel is worst which they can't allow us if we late to arrive the hotel.
