Hotel Vaishnavi Heights, Solapur

We picked this hotel for a brief family trip and ended up very disappointed. Its location is quite inconvenient — difficult to reach and distant from attractions and necessary services, making every trip out unnecessarily challenging. Prices were high, but the service and value did not justify the cost at all. We ordered dinner on the first night but it never showed up. Multiple calls to the front desk resulted in vague excuses and no follow-up. Traveling with our 8-month-old baby and my wife, this was not just inconvenient but also stressful. Waiting late with a hungry infant and no communication from staff is unacceptable. The room was average for the price: basic facilities, noisy environment, and poor housekeeping. Staff seemed indifferent rather than helpful when we mentioned problems. Overall, due to the poor location, high price, and failure to provide a paid meal while we had a young baby, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are better, more dependable options nearby that offer real value and genuine service. Avoid booking here if you want to prevent a stressful experience.

I was travelling with my 8 month daughter and wife. They took my order and don’t delivered that. My daughter and wife slept hungry, because by midnight most of the food outlets were also closed. I waited for around 11pm then when i went to them they said I cancelled the order. Why would i do that you guess. Their chef wants to go early thats why he canceled. Rooms were dirty. Staff was not cooperating. I paid for *** for hour stay. I will not recommend for even the tiniest possibility to go there . Save your money and time go somewhere else. Worst experience.

Amazing

I am staying in flat no.98 and there are rats in the AC of our room all night. I have informed the reception many times but no solution has been provided.

This place feels more like a workers' shelter than a hotel, featuring a shared elevator and dirty floors (only the top floor operates as a hotel, while the rest are occupied by workers). The reception staff are inattentive. It's definitely not suitable for families. There's no food service available, so you have to order from Swiggy or Zomato.
