Disappointing service and unfair hidden charges!My wife and I chose to stay at The Pelican again because of its proximity to the Milan Clinic, but this experience was ruined by rigid management and unfair billing.We booked a room online that included a complimentary breakfast. We paid ’800 extra to check in early at 7:00 AM and checked out the same evening.Despite only eating one breakfast during our entire one-day stay, the front desk charged us over ’600 for it at checkout. The receptionist was incredibly rude and non-cooperative, claiming the complimentary breakfast was only valid for the next morning’even though we wouldn't even be at the hotel! Charging guests extra for a service that was explicitly included in their one-day booking is completely unjustified. Will not be returning
