Dear Sir/Madam, I booked a room on August 26th and checked in around 10:00 PM. Upon entering the room, I found no drinking water provided. I called room service to request water, but was told I needed to buy it. I responded that since the room cost ₹2,800, basic drinking water should be included. They then offered to send RO water, which I accepted. However, when the water arrived, it was in a steel jug held in a way that the staff member's finger was inside the water, which was very unhygienic and unacceptable. It felt like I was asking for something extraordinary, though I was just requesting basic drinking water after paying ₹2,800 for the room. I am very disappointed with the service and hygiene standards. Please address this issue seriously. Also, the tea bags in the room are left open and there is no coffee available.
