Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, Elante Mall

We had a really nice experience at the Hyatt. During our first stay there were a couple of small issues in the room, mostly related to hygiene. They were minor, but noticeable.What really impressed us was what happened the second time we stayed. The team clearly made an effort to improve our experience again. The room was nice, everything was well prepared, and the service was excellent. The staff were polite, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to interact with.We truly appreciated how the team handled things and the effort they put into making our second stay much better. It shows professionalism and care for their guests. Thank you to the entire Hyatt team for your hospitality and for making our stay such a pleasant one. A special thanks to Mr. Amit, who personally followed up with us and made sure everything was corrected to a high standard. His attention and professionalism encouraged us to come back again.Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly appreciate the hospitality shown to us.

Being a five-star property, the hotel lives up to its reputation in every aspect ’ from the elegant ambiance to the warm hospitality.One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional F&B service at the Browse Restaurant, where we enjoyed breakfast. The team was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. What impressed us the most was how they cared for our baby without even being asked. They proactively arranged suitable food for the baby and made sure everything was comfortable for our family.Such small yet meaningful gestures made us feel genuinely valued and special. The staff’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly reflect the high standards of Hyatt.Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend Hyatt Regency to anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly stay. ’’

We stayed here for just under two weeks with our family, including our one-year-old and two-year-old, and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the experience.From the moment we arrived, the team went out of their way to make travelling with very young children feel easy. They provided a full-size cot with a proper mattress, which gave us real peace of mind. Every single day, fresh meals were prepared for our children, blended and ready by the time we came down. As any parent knows, that level of care and anticipation makes all the difference.The attentiveness of the staff was consistent throughout our entire stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Whether it was helping with luggage, prams, car seats, or accommodating specific food requests, everything was handled quickly and warmly.A huge thank you to Chefs Sukh winder and Pramod, who truly catered to our every need, and to Ashi, arti, Anmol, Muskan, Simran and the rest of the team who made us feel so welcome. The quality and variety of the food were exceptional. If there was a dish we particularly enjoyed, it would appear again without us even having to ask. The restaurant offered fantastic variety throughout, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared.I was also able to use the gym facilities during our stay. While it’s not a full-scale commercial gym, it’s far from the bare-bones setups you often find in hotels. It had all the weights and equipment I needed to get proper workouts in. The pool and surrounding facilities were also excellent and very well maintained.What really stood out was how personal the service felt. It wasn’t just efficient, it was genuinely caring. By the end of our stay, it truly felt like a home away from home.We would return without hesitation and are incredibly grateful for the care and kindness shown to our family.

We stayed here from 26/1/2026 to 29/1/2026. The service was top class and food was really good. Breakfast and room service was good and service of breakfast staff especially Kavi, Nitish, Arti & Simran was exceptional. They went out of their way to make us feel at home ’’’’’’’’and we’re so friendly and accommodating.Would highly recommend this hotel and its location next to Elante Mall is fantastic. Also only about 15-20 minutes from sector 17.Rooms well a little dated but clean and comfortable. Bathrooms could do with a refurbishment especially the sliding doors between shower cubicle and toilet section.Otherwise housekeeping staff also good and attentive they really made us feel at home by personalized notes and little figures made from the towels’..Thank you Rahul, Muskan Lemba and Jot.Overall a fantastic stay’.
