The Sardaarji gentlemen at the entrance were lively, gracious, and genuinely engaging. Their smiles, presence, and respectful interaction immediately set the tone’it felt welcoming, caring, and deeply human. This wasn’t procedural hospitality; it was heartfelt.What truly stands out is the quality of people the management invests in’across food, spa, housekeeping, security, and service. That focus shows up everywhere: in timelines, in attentiveness, and in how effortlessly things get done. Staff are available at the shortest notice, proactive without being intrusive, and consistently dependable.A simple but telling example: I arrived nearly two hours early. At most hotels, that means waiting or explanations. Here’no fuss, no hesitation. I was checked in immediately. Even more impressive, by the time I took the lift upstairs and reached my room, my luggage was already waiting there. That level of coordination is rare.Even during a busy arrival at the valet area, nothing slipped. Although the valet section was packed, another staff member immediately stepped in to ensure our luggage was handled smoothly and we were comfortably taken care of. That sense of ownership defines great service.At reception, despite peak activity, the Quality Manager Mr. Anshu personally stepped in and ensured a seamless check-in. Leadership showing up where it matters makes a real difference’and it shows.Rooms & ComfortI had booked the lowest category room and was genuinely stunned. This was possibly the largest room I’ve stayed in across any five-star hotel. Spacious, luxurious, spotlessly clean, and impeccably maintained. The bathroom was pristine with a bathtub, and the entire space felt calm, indulgent, and thoughtfully designed’a truly flourishing stay experience.Food ExperienceThe food is simply fabulous. You can tell there is a great chef and a strong kitchen team behind every dish. The Green Thai Curry was outstanding, the salads were fresh and well-balanced, and the Tom Yum soup was beautifully done’flavorful, comforting, and authentic.Spa & WellnessWe opted for a 100-minute couple spa session, and the therapists clearly knew their craft. Every movement felt confident and skilled. The post-spa bath experience was wonderful, and I felt genuinely refreshed and renewed afterward.People Make the PlaceEvery staff member was outstanding. A special appreciation for the housekeeping team’Divyanshu delivered excellent service with great attention to detail. The room was always immaculate.Ambience & SpacesThe lobby is fabulous’bright, energetic, and beautifully designed. It sets the tone the moment you walk in. The bar experience was equally impressive’9.9/10, excellent in every sense.Final VerdictThis is hospitality done right’exceptional people, impeccable coordination, and genuine care from the gate to the room and beyond. JW Marriott Chandigarh doesn’t just meet expectations; it quietly exceeds them. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

Attended a wedding here recently and I was blown away. JW Marriott is easily the top wedding venue in Chandigarh. The Grand Ballroom is stunning and the decor was absolutely flawless. The catering team did a fantastic job; the food was fresh, hot, and authentic. It’s rare to see such attention to detail at large events. If you are looking for a premium wedding hall or a venue for a corporate event in the Tricity area, this is the place to be. Great hospitality and a truly premium experience.

We stayed for two nights as a group of five and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the in-house massages were incredibly relaxing.Breakfast offered plenty of options, and the service was excellent across the board. The room rates were very reasonable, making it great value for money.One area I would skip next time is the lounge access ’ it didn’t feel worth the time or cost compared to what other hotels offer.

The service is pathetic..the common washroom is broken..not able to manage the breakfast crowd
