Pros:- Nice location (near to main road), Big restaurant, Good interiors in the room with bathtub in certain category of rooms and with all the basic amenities.Cons:- No Fans in the room, so u need be in AC always even when you don't want to (though they have placed a big note on disadvantages of using AC always inside the rooms); Drainage system in the washroom is very poor, water will stay there on the floor forever, gives you a very bad feeling.I know Hotel management will most likely justify their position, but i don't think there is any justification for the above cons, they should accept it gracefully and rectify it immediately to prevent inconvenience to other guests.

Nice budgeted hotel, very good rooms, good location. Near by to both shastri market and sector 17 market. Good food, excellent hospitality, small issue faced with parking but staff immediately came out and helped us in parking. Overall excellent experience.

First impressions was not good due to smell and wait time.. Even after cleaning it never felt clean.. all sticky floor, dirty corners.. No floor mat for bathroom.. towels need retirement.. Need to pay for parking fees even for drop off.. TV not functioning. No coffee pouch..Overall room size is good..Got good hot water in morning..

Excellent dinning experience at Sunbeam Premium. Hospitality by Manoj was superb and also food was delicious. Must visit placeee at reasonable price.

Sunbeam Premium is a nice hotel to stay with family or for business trips. Good location , value for money. Nearby market & tourist attraction is also good.Bathroom acessories - fittings need to be checked regularly & repaired.Rest all good. Must visit & stay. Strongly recommend.
