Hotel Park Grand

The place is 10 minutes walk from ISBT 43 Bus Stand. There are food centers and shops around it. You can buy food easily. There is a Sikh Temple in front of it. You can visit it. Just 5 minutes walk. As for the staff ; they are helpful, friendly. They solved my problems. I had some trouble to buy bus ticket to Manali. They helped me and solved my problem fast. They smile and talk politely everytime. I really appreciate them. They made me feel like at home. I talked to General Manager about life . He is very sincere and knowledgeable about history. It was very good experience for me to meet them. I did not eat indian food there but they cook it. Many people come and eat foods at evenings. It must be delicious that’s why people go there to eat. I highly recommend this hotel. ✨✨✨

Disappointing Experience ’ Highly Unprofessional ManagementI stayed at this hotel for 3 days during an official business trip, as it was also the venue for our conference. While the property claims to be a 3-star hotel, the services and hospitality are subpar and don't even meet 2-star standards.The biggest issue is their highly unprofessional management. My room key card stopped working due to a mistake on the hotel's part, and when I raised the issue, the Floor Manager misbehaved and tried to flex his authority instead of resolving the problem politely.Furthermore, they completely refused room service for breakfast. As the lead speaker/trainer for the conference, I needed to utilize my morning time in my room to prepare for the sessions. When I requested breakfast in my room, the Floor Manager rudely stated that guests must only eat at the buffet. Even the waitstaff mentioned that management had strictly forbidden them from serving in rooms. Standard hospitality allows flexibility for business guests, but this hotel lacks basic understanding.The only reason I did not cancel my stay immediately was because the booking was handled through my company. I managed to get through the 3 days, but I highly discourage anyone from staying here. Definitely not recommended for business or professional trips.

I reached Chandigarh from Delhi at 4am and requested them to provide a room. They are fully co operative and provided me a nice room included breakfast in best price. Nice and calm stay with all facilities. Mr. Satish is so nice and polite on reception. Recommended to all.
