Poor management, not expected this from an accor property.Upon my arrival on 23 july at 2:00 PM, my room was not ready. Per the front desk's suggestion, I left my luggage in the hotel’s care at the bell desk and went out. When I returned this evening and checked into my room, my bag had already been delivered. However, the trolley handle on my luggage was severely damaged while in your team’s custody.I immediately brought this to the attention of the duty staff. Upon reviewing the CCTV footage, it was explicitly confirmed that my luggage was in good, undamaged condition when I originally handed it over to the bell desk.Despite your own security footage confirming that the damage occurred while the bag was strictly in the hotel's possession, the staff on duty has so far refused to take accountability or resolve this issue.As a guest staying at an Accor property, I expect a high level of care and professional service. Leaving my belongings in your care created a clear duty of custody, and the property is responsible for compensating the damage caused by negligent handling.
