Small hotel but equipped with basic amenities. Good location.

It's a typical 3 star hotel. The restaurant (breakfast buffet hall) is undergoing renovation, so the breakfast buffet is available in the basement. The room service is good and the food is also good. The front desk was courteous and did respond to requests in a timely manner. We had booked a suite room for two nights. The room is of good size and had ample natural light coming through the glass window.But the room needs renovation as the furniture is old and the flooring too was not as appropriate or clean, which one expects after paying 11000 rupees for 2 nights. And the AC (required in winters for ventilation) was troubling.So in totality, location wise hotel is top notch as it's in the core area of Chandigarh and in a market where you can enjoy your evening's without needing to take your vehicle. The food taste is good and you won't mind ordering if you don't want to go outside.

I stayed at Maya Hotel in Chandigarh, and overall, I found it overpriced. I booked through Expedia, where it was rated 9/10 and about $50 a night’a price that’s high for a tier-2 city like Chandigarh, especially given the quality. The hotel is well-located, which is one of its few positives.The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me, which was the only real positive. Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing’the bathroom and bedsheets were dirty and stained, with visible black mold in the bathroom. I also saw two cockroaches running across my desk (see attached picture). The TV in the room wasn’t working, and the hotel breakfast was mediocre at best.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to cleanliness issues, non-functioning amenities, and the high price, despite the excellent service from the staff.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 days at Maya hotel. Excellent location and great rooms.They provide great service as well with decent complimentary breakfast. Really happy with the room size at the price, definitely worth the money spent. There are few things which should be improved1. Car parking is not included even after booking the hotel room.2. The hotel doesn't provide plastic chairs even on request.3. Towels were not really cleaned.

The service team made sure all our guests were comfortable and well-served at all times.A big thank you to the Maya Hotel team for their excellent hospitality and professional management. Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed the celebration. Highly recommended for corporate events, parties, and family functions in Chandigarh!
