You take 241 night and 4000 you don't even provide the cattle and tea coffee etc. you haven't visited the 3 star hotels. Dear if the charging 2K for a night then check their facility is what they have provided actually. In Chandigarh most of the hotels they charge in between 2K to 3K for a single night even they don't have proper toiletries. What hack is this? In the same amount you will find the better top class hotel in other cities like Jaipur Delhi Gurgaon.

This hotel is not worthy of even a single star. The air conditioning was broken, the rooms were dirty, and the staff acted unprofessionally and rudely. I strongly advise against staying here.

I was unhappy with my stay. The room seemed quite small considering the price I paid. What annoyed me the most was the staff's lack of response. I had a simple issue with the TV, but no one came to help, so I had to fix it myself. The staff appeared uninterested and not very attentive to guests' needs throughout my visit. The biggest problem was the noise at night. There seemed to be a party upstairs, and the loud noise went on late, making it hard to sleep. Sadly, the hotel didn't seem to take any steps to control the disturbance or make sure guests could rest well. I don't often write negative reviews, but I hope this feedback encourages management to improve the guest experience.
