Oceansuite Luxury Boutique Hotel Goa

Booked for two days looking at the Google pics but when we saw physically it was not well maintained and the owner stay in Italy so the people who take care are not well trained.There was power issue and no backup, if we ask them they tell this is the first time we are seeing such issue.Same day night it rained heavily and the water entered into our room and we did not disturb them, morning if we ask them they again say this is first time it has entered the room, not only our room but also ground floor and some more rooms.They don't quickly react and assist neither the owner wil respond, infact that owner lady name is Anjali who has never responded on our concern till now (it's been 1week).Place smell a little due to not maintained clean, we were totally disappointed and the amount was fully paid, there are such people who get paid without providing proper service.So I have decided in future not to book until we see the roomsIf there is more than two cars then parking will be difficult..

Disappointing Experience at Oceansuite hotel Goa ’ Lack of Coordination and ProfessionalismI had booked my stay through Agoda, but unfortunately, the hotel owner was unaware of the booking. The trouble began even before check-in ’ I had to wait outside the locked gate for nearly 15 minutes despite repeatedly ringing the bell.Upon check-in, things got worse. The owner, who didn’t seem to have any hospitality or management experience, insisted that there was no booking in my name ’ even after I showed all the relevant details. It was unclear whether the fault lay with Agoda or the hotel, but I was the one who had to suffer the inconvenience.Though the on-site team was polite and well-meaning, they were clearly not trained professionals. The situation could have been handled with much more responsibility and courtesy. Eventually, I contacted Agoda and received confirmation of a refund, which I’ve been told will take up to a month to process.Please think twice before booking this property. There’s a real risk you might be turned away even after confirming and paying for your stay.

The stay was really great, rooms are clean and nice with a good vibe. The staff is really helpful, especially a guy named Shamshad who assisted us a lot during our stay.
