Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated common areas and private rooms, while smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas within the premises. Violation of any of the above policies may attract a penalty of ₹2,000 per incident, and repeated violations, misconduct, or non-compliance may result in immediate termination of stay without any refund.

If a male guest books this room type, check-in will be denied as per policy. No refund will be issued if the booking falls outside the cancellation policy period. Specific policies may apply to different hostels under the brand at specific times of the year and the same shall be communicated at the time of check-in.
The Hosteller Goa, Old Goa is a family-friendly property. Please note - kids are allowed only in private rooms but not in dorm rooms.The Hosteller also believes and promotes lean hospitality, essentially meaning that we are believers of self-service, no porter/valet/etc, and are a no frills hospitality company. This is ingrained in our operating model in order to provide excellent services to our guests while keeping the accommodation costs as affordable as possible. We have also adopted a pay-as-you-go model for certain amenities such as locks, toiletries and towels on a chargeable, pay-as-you-use basis, which is communicated transparently to guests.Consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited at our hostels. In case anyone is found indulging in such activities, anywhere inside the hostel premises, we shall be liable to take strict actions ultimately leading to asking you to vacate the premises immediately and permanently blacklisted. The guest shall also be deemed unfit to continue any further at any of our hostels in case of non-adherence of general policies, misbehavior (physical/mental/verbal or in any kind) with other guests or hostel management, theft, vandalism, trespassing, non-payment/delay in payment of dues, other guest inconveniences or any such unwarranted actions. In all such cases, the guest shall be asked to vacate the premises immediately without any refunds. The Hosteller Goa, Old Goa is pet friendly. We permit pets only for private room guests and not dorm bookers. Pets are strictly not allowed in the dorms. Any damages, in case, incurred during the stay shall be attributable to the pet owners.Outside food and alcohol is permitted only in designated common areas and inside private rooms. It is strictly prohibited inside dorm rooms.
The Hosteller shall not be held responsible for guest’s loss of personal belongings and it shall be the responsibility of the guests to keep their valuables safe and secure. We do not have any contact numbers (hostel level). In case you are arriving earlier than the check-in time, you can hang out in the common area until the check-in time. However, in case you are arriving as early as 7 AM, it is highly recommended to book a dormitory bed or a private room for the previous night as well. Guests with local IDs are allowed. Parking is available but subject to availability (limited to 8 car spaces). Silent hours: 10 PM - 8 AM Swimming Pool Timing: 8 AM - 7 PM (The swimming pool may also be under maintenance on any given day).
The property is family-friendly. Please note: kids are allowed only in private rooms but not in dorm rooms. Accommodation of minors aged 6 years and above may be subject to additional charges, applicable terms and conditions, documentation requirements, and management approval.
To promote responsible energy usage, designated energy-saving hours are followed at properties where air conditioning is provided as an amenity. Air conditioning in dormitory rooms will be non-operational between 11:00 AM and 02:00 PM, while air conditioning in common areas will be non-operational between 04:00 AM and 07:00 AM. During the dormitory energy-saving hours, air-conditioned common areas will remain available for guest comfort.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
