We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. First of all, the location in Fontainhas is fantastic ’ a charming and colorful area that really adds to the overall experience.The room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a small terrace, which was a lovely bonus. Everything was clean and smelled fresh, making the stay even more enjoyable.It’s a very nice boutique hotel with a unique atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time there.

This Hotel is located at the Fontainhas, established in the late 18th century, is a UNESCO-recognized heritage neighborhood in Panjim, Goa, renowned as Asia’s only Latin Quarter. The rooms are very spacious and big with all basic facilities available. They have a variety of complementary mouthwatering breakfast. On call, Lunch and Dinner available. The staff is very courteous and polite. Right from the security guard to other Hotel staff, all have manners and are very well behaved. Mr. Manas at the reception was very helpful. Mr. Accountant at the Hotel was very generous to guide us for nearby locations and suggesting their Restaurant situated in Dona Paula seaside. Which is again a very beautiful property. I would recommend taking a Kind Deluxe Rooms as they are front facing and have a larger space available. Safety wise this place is good. Centrally located which has multiple cafes around. Importantly, this is place is quite and comfortable.

Lovely hotel with clean, spacious and airy rooms. Great location, within walking distance to most attractions in and around Fontainhas. Manas and the support staff were incredibly helpful with their service. Fully recommend staying here!

The room had a bad smell and was much smaller than expected despite being labeled as queen-size. Paying over ’5,000, basic bathroom amenities like a toothbrush were missing. Vegetarian breakfast options were very limited, with no clear separation from non-veg items.No issues with the receptionist or housekeeping’they were kind and helpful.
