We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The owner/manager was especially sweet and welcoming, and we truly appreciated how thoughtfully they treated us.Initially, we were not completely satisfied with our room, but they kindly upgraded our room without any extra charges. This gesture really made us feel valued as guests.The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything was well-maintained and had such a lovely vibe. Overall, we had a really pleasant and comfortable experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others. ’’’

Hotel bilkul bekar hai, staff ko customer se baat karna nahi aata, na koi manners hain. Agar aap Ambala se ho to koi aur hotel dekh lena, inke staff ka attitude bahut kharab hai. Mera experience bilkul bekar raha.

The bed was completely broken from middle and plaster had come out of wall. Bedsheet was not washed, strains of last passenger were clearly visible on bedsheet and AC blanket
