Pagoda Plantation Resort

A very letdown stay. The resort charges a lot but doesn't deliver value for the cost. Our room was dirty, and the whole place lacked cleanliness. There was no hot water, which caused significant discomfort. We had higher hopes for the service and amenities given the price. Sadly, this was a poor experience, and I wouldn't suggest this resort to anyone.

A peaceful spot to relax with family and friends. The property offers views of stunning mountains both close and distant. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony, and the staff and management were courteous.

The outdoor setting of the resort was wonderful, and the pool was excellent. The food quality was also satisfactory. On the downside, the service left much to be desired. Essential toiletries were missing from the room, and it was hard to get in touch with reception and restaurant staff since they often didn't answer calls. While the resort boasts impressive amenities and a lovely outdoor environment, the service and guest assistance require considerable enhancement.

The rooms and atmosphere are nice, but the response when we inquired through the Google number was very poor. This is our second experience with issues related to staff behavior. As customers, we expect better treatment since we are paying guests. We were a group of about 13 people planning to stay there, and when we asked for photos of the rooms, they said we should come and see the rooms in person before booking.

Terrible customer service. When I raised a complaint, the staff responded with, "If you don't like it, why did you book the room?"
