Tea Terrain Resorts and Spa

We had a pleasant family vacation at this resort. The stay was comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms, good facilities, and overall warm hospitality. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our visit, especially Aromal and the manager, who were very supportive during check-in and assisted us with our luggage, making the arrival smooth and welcoming. The only downside was the restaurant’while the food quality was decent, the prices were extremely high, and the portion sizes did not justify the cost. Apart from this, it was an enjoyable stay overall

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, and the views were stunning. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and dining options, which exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway!

This resort truly felt like a home away from home. The place is extremely beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. We enjoyed every nook and corner of the space. The peaceful surroundings and the refreshing sound of birds were truly soothing, helping us unwind from busy city life. It is kids-friendly, and my 5-year-old son also enjoyed the stay thoroughly. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was excellent-fresh, tasty, and homely. A special mention to Harshana for the exceptional care, kindness, and hospitality, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. This is definitely our favourite among all the resorts we have visited. Highly recommended.

The property is brilliant in terms of its location, rooms, cleanliness. Most importantly Steffy and Jobby made sure we get assisted on time and took complete care of us, since we were in Kerala for the first time. The food was beyond brilliant, so do not bother to look outside for food. Their quality and taste both are excellent. David the Manager ensured we were taken care of in a timely manner and were comfortable during our stay. Thank you Tea Terrain will see you again soon.

Tea Terrain Resort & Spa was definitely not for us’.It was the 3rd day of our 10-day road trip thru Kerala. We reached the resort late evening paid for 2-days stay and as soon as we got in to our allocated room’.we wanted to leave.The bed sheets n pillow covers were stained, bathroom floor was sticky with mold on the wall and around the sink, tea/ coffee stains on the couch’.disappointed we immediately started looking for alternate options to stay at Vagamon. But considering our exhaustion levels and the time of the day we were forced to stay back.The housekeeping staff was good and replaced the bed sheets n pillow covers but there was no rescuing from the sticky & moldy bathroom.After a very reluctant decision to stay back we headed to the restaurant for our dinner. When our specific request for non-spicy Hakka noodles for our little one was met with noodles full of whole pepper corns n chilli flakes’.. the decision to checkout next day came easy, even if it meant we were loosing 1 day room rent.Though we didn’t expect it, we did check the possibility of a refund for the 2nd day stay, which we had decided against. The request was met with ’why didn’t you take pics of the room n the stained bed sheets n pillow covers’?, ’I will call you in the evening later today n update on the possibility of a refund’ etc., Just FYI, we didn’t receive any calls from the resort even after we called them the next day just to follow-up.All in all, I would never go back to Tea Terrain Resorts & Spa’.n definitely not in rainy season’.
