Nature Zone Munnar - A Real Jungle Resort - Authentic Tree House and Premium Tents

I traveled here with my family in September. Situated at 5,700 ft above sea level, it takes about 30–40 minutes from Munnar town. The resort's jeep picked us up from Munnar, and the 40-minute off-road journey was quite an adventure! The jeep climbed rocky hills with a steep drop on one side, and inside we were bouncing around a lot. Eventually, we arrived at the resort after an exciting ride. They greeted us with hot ginger masala drinks, which were perfect for the Munnar climate. We then went to our room, a treehouse we had booked, which was fantastic! The room was very clean, the bed beautifully decorated, and the weather was very pleasant. With no outside noise except the sweet sounds of the forest, we fell asleep quickly. After a short nap, we trekked through nearby tea gardens to watch the sunset. The scenery was stunning for photos, and we even saw the rare Neelakurinji flower that blooms once every 12 years in the Western Ghats. In the evening, the resort hosted a bonfire where we played our favorite songs on a Bluetooth speaker, followed by a candlelight dinner. The food was average, but the setup was excellent. We then returned to our room for a restful night. The next morning, we went for a sunrise trek to a 360-degree viewpoint at about 6,000 ft. The views were amazing, including a sight of Anamudi, South India’s highest peak. We took great photos and came back for breakfast before checking out. They gave us another fun off-road jeep ride back to Munnar town. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were polite, respectful, and very helpful. The treehouse stay was memorable, and the location is ideal. The food was average (which varies by person), but I would definitely suggest visiting this place at least once!
