Guest as saying
Stayed in September 2026, location was accessible by car, rooms were clean and with a good view Food was also great
The hotel was located at a great place with amazing views. It was actually at a cliff and that made the stay super beautiful. Service was excellent, staff were amazing. View from room deserve 5stars(I can say this after I stayed in 2 more hotels in munnar in 2 separate locations for the same trip where I paid more thinking they would have better views). However the cleanliness part needs to be taken care of by the hotel seriously. They need to maintain the resort, bathroom shower was hardly working, hot water was a problem, washroom tap was broken and came out if not used delicately, the shower gel etc were too bad and most things were rusted in washroom. The curtains and couch needs some serious cleaning. If the resort can work on their maintance and cleaning it's in one of the most outstanding locations. 100% recommended! Note- Drive there on your own if your steep driving skills are pro level and you can smoothly move through narrow roads and you got a powerful engine else do not use your own vehicle, hire a car instead. Specially if you are going from bangalore it will route you through the most scenic route to this resort which is not very smooth.
Enjoyed the stay food and amazing hospitality
