My stay was generally okay, with some good points and some drawbacks. The food tasted good, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The location was handy, with shops and necessities nearby. On the downside, there was a strong unpleasant odor in the room, and even after switching rooms, the problem persisted. The towels didn't seem clean; they looked like they were folded and stored without being fresh. Traveling with a baby, I found the milk pricing and quantity disappointing. A 250 ml bottle cost about ₹330 including GST, which seemed high compared to the buffet price of ₹300 per person. The small flask provided wasn't enough, and when I asked for more, I was charged for another full bottle. In summary, the food, staff, and location were positives, but the room cleanliness, smell, and milk pricing for families with babies need improvement.
