There are no activities on the property. The service is good, and the rooms are nice. Jain food options are limited.

The Club Mahindra Munnar Lake View Resort experience is disappointing.The only good thing is views from the resort, are really stunning. But pretty much view you can get from any average resort in Munnar.1. The location of the resort is away from Munnar so you have to travel around an hour extra to reach anywhere. Keep in mind before booking here.2. The approach road to resort for last mile is in bad state. Very dangerous at night.3. Rooms are okay, basic cleanliness is there. But often the staff keeps less towels or forgets to keep dental kits, or toilet papers etc which becomes headache. Every day we had to ask for something to housekeeping. Remote of TV was not there, cups were not there etcRoom floor is unsafe for senior citizens, they are using wooden mats kind of stuff which can be slippery. There were no floor carpets in room. The overall floor was very cold.The overall room experience is not at all cozy.4. Housekeeping staff is really slow. Since this is resort on hilly area, staff uses 2 wheeler to reach to your room, it takes time for every room service or request you make. Average 15-20 mins. We used to order tea at morning in room, it used to take 30-45 mins to come.5. Food quality is pathetic. Food is expensive and tasteless. We ordered cheese chilli toast and it was with lot of mayo and no cheese or chilli, how can someone be bad at cheese chilli toast? It costs 550+ here.6. No other resto nearby where you can go and eat. Their restaurant offers very limited menu.7. There are frequent light cuts for 10-15 seconds. At least 3-4 times in an hour and it is very irritating.Overall I would not recommend this hotel unless there is no other option.

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was cozy, clean, and provided the perfect place to relax after a long journey. The hospitality was warm, welcoming, and made us feel well cared for throughout our stay. There was lot of monkeys there so couldn't open windows and enjoy the view.The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. We had booked a room that included breakfast, but the quality and variety did not meet our expectations. Enhancing the breakfast experience would make the overall stay even better.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the comfort and hospitality.

The room dining and service were very poor. It took 3 hours for our lunch to arrive, and we had to call at least three times. The room service was terrible; even after calling five times, we never received it. This continued until we checked out.
