Great stay, property matched the description and images on the website. Good breakfast, good staff.
There was check in problem. They refused though I paid earlier. Later I had to pay for the second time to get a room. The room was having dust all over. The bath room was very dirty.

Family • India • Sep 2026We reserved this resort ahead of time for two days at a total cost of ₹3,000 and made an advance payment after confirming the booking with the resort. However, upon arrival, the resort staff initially claimed there was no room available despite our prior booking and payment. We had to repeatedly clarify our confirmed reservation before they finally provided a room. To make matters worse, the room given was not the Super Deluxe room we had booked but a regular Deluxe room instead. Additionally, although we agreed on ₹3,000 for two days, we were charged ₹3,500 for just one day. So, we received a lower-category room while being charged much more than agreed. The staff's behavior and handling of the situation were very unprofessional and frustrating. After traveling all the way to Munnar and paying in advance, this was not the experience we expected. Overall, it was a very poor experience. Considering the booking issues, room quality, pricing, and staff conduct, I strongly recommend people reconsider before booking this property.
