Tu Casa Resorts Munnar

This was a very worst experience which affected our trip. The staffs were super rude and a small mistake was done,switching bed from one room to another room.this created an huge nuisance in which they are ready to send us away,this is an critical time here in munnar where no rooms or resorts are available and the staffs are also very well known about this. We apologise for switching the bed but this is way too much asking us to checkout and no rooms were clean same old soaps and wet floors and food was ordered by 7:00pm and it was given after 4 hours and they had complete electrical functuations and still we adjusted. This is not the best place to stay over, Thank you.

We regret booking this place for couple of nights while our stay in Munnar in Dec' 2025. Pathetic service (Broken hot water geysers), unresponsive staff (They literally needed 3 reminders and ~1 hour to serve 2 cups of milk to our room) and tasteless food (unhygienic kitchen area). You have been warned here, book this place at your own risk.

We had a wonderful stay at Tu Casa, Munnar! The room service was absolutely excellent ’ quick, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. The ambiance of the rooms was truly impressive: cozy, clean, beautifully designed, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.While the entrance view may not seem very appealing at first glance, the moment you step into the room, you forget all about it ’ because the view from the rooms is simply beautiful! Waking up to that scenery was honestly one of the highlights of our trip.Overall, Tu Casa gave us a memorable and comfortable stay, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Munnar!
