Property is nature wise beautiful but requires proper care and maintenance. We took the luxury cottage and the property was not maintained. Path to the cottage was with algae and water dripping due to rain. Rain water was all over the room. The blankets and bed was wet with moisture. Also had mould smell. We couldn’t use the balcony as there was bad smell coming from outside like sewage smell, what is the point taking luxury cottage then? All pictures are of when it was new. Property is nothing like what is seen in pictures. Breakfast served was tasty and only South Indian. No eggs as you prefer is served. Only boiled eggs are served. Staff want to help but look like they are bound with instructions.

They don't have any outer parking area and the parking route is not at all safe and you cannot expect any help from them the route is from the tea garden itself that too on the mountain terrain where only 1 vechile can pass at a time.In terms of room there room beds and all are not maintained properly they were all a bit wet maybe cause this entire property is in mid of a tea garden and there were issues of insects as well.Food very poor.. please go to main town rather
