Rooms are well planned washrooms are spacious but both were not clean, you can easily find spider webs in room , hair on bed , hairs in bathroom and all this for 4000 a night. Location was good host was good and staff was friendly, but if you charge premium, customer expect value for charge
Good
This hotel is located around 12 km away from Munnar town, so it may not ideal choice for those wanting to enjoy Munnar cool weather and stay close to town. One major inconvenience is that Tea, coffee , sugar similar basic items are not provided in room and they don’t allow such items to bring it from outside too. Also no service or staff available after 11 pm. One positive side, breakfast is really good.
