Bracknell Forest Munnar

We enjoyed our stay here with family; the rooms were roomy and the staff was extremely helpful. We would definitely return.

Hotels stay, food everything is good.. but approaching guests is very rude.. I think sometime what we planned for the trip can't be excuted on the timing.. we are planning from Chennai.. reached morning by 8.30AM.. Your check in time is 1 o clock till that where we stay 5 hours along with kids without brushing, restroom so on.. please considered that and make changes.. till now I've stayed in many places .. they all have gesture with good smile and conversation.. but on that day we are literally broken with the persons reaction and conversation.. if the resort is near the town also we could have manage.... they can approach with little humanity and sweet gesture... nothing else than that good property.. especially i dont know the name of the boy who stood always in Restaurant ... he is super good in his service with warm smile..

The hotel stay and food were good, but the way guests were approached was quite rude. Sometimes, our trip plans can't be followed exactly on time. We traveled from Chennai and arrived at 8:30 AM, but the check-in time is 1 PM. So, we had to wait for 5 hours with kids without access to brushing or restroom facilities. Please consider this and make improvements. I've stayed at many places before, and they all greeted guests with a smile and friendly conversation. However, on that day, the staff's reaction and communication really upset us. If the resort was closer to town, we could have managed better. A little kindness and a warm approach from the staff would help a lot. Other than that, it's a good property. Especially, the boy who was always at the restaurant provided excellent service with a warm smile, though I don't know his name.

We had a comfortable stay, and the rooms were tidy and clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The service was also excellent.

Staying at Bracknell Forest Resort was a wonderful experience surrounded entirely by nature. The rooms were roomy, clean, and featured lovely balconies with views of the forest and greenery. The staff were warm and accommodating throughout the visit, and the food was fresh and delicious. It felt like a tranquil retreat away from the busy town, ideal for relaxing and appreciating Munnar's natural beauty. Truly a memorable stay and an excellent option for those who love nature.
