Joys Resort

Worst hotel - please avoid it, better to stay in a cheap lodge than here. No swimming pool - the photo of the pool is fake. Staff service is bad.

The room's condition and upkeep were disappointing. We suffered allergic reactions that we believe were due to dust, mold, and insufficient cleaning. Although the reception staff denied it, the cushions had a noticeable old odor and dust. We've had similar experiences at other poorly maintained hotels. The building is old, and the wooden furniture and cushions require better care. This could be problematic for guests sensitive to dust and musty smells. The food was mediocre, and we stayed on a weekday. There was no kettle or tea/coffee-making equipment in the room. The location is excellent, but the property needs major improvements in cleanliness and maintenance. The service was good.

The service was excellent, with hosts who were very willing to meet our requests, and the food was outstanding.

It was a great stay for us at the Joys resort. Mr.Alfred and Mr.Kailash took care and provided great service. My kids enjoyed the stay, park options, food and their desserts! We would definitely recommend the place for families looking for a break with breathtaking views, just closer to the waterfalls and awesome service. Thank you so much team for your warm service and for helping us make great memories with my family!!
