I visited The Palasa Hotel with my family to celebrate my birthday, and it turned out to be an absolutely amazing experience. The food, the staff, and the service were all outstanding ’ I truly don’t have enough words to express how wonderful everything was. This is my completely genuine feedback. Even though I live in Noida, I haven’t experienced such hospitality there. I honestly wasn’t expecting to find a restaurant of this level in Muzaffarnagar, but it went far beyond my expectations. Review of Restaurant: Noisy Kitchen door, Loud music from a not so good quality speaker give you a feel that you are in some roadside joint and definitely in for fine dining. Tables placed almost juxtaposition such that you can be disturbed by the conversation on the next tables; then what’s the difference between a roadside Dhaba and this so called fine dining restaurant? 3 years ago, the food quality versus the rates & the quantity made me recommend it to travellers on the NH outside this city. However, the food taste versus the quantity against the rates have taken a dip especially in last 2 years. Displaying ’Fine Dining’ on the entry and keeping high rates doesn’t imply that it actually is a fine dining restaurant. Service is very attentive and polite. Hooligans elsewhere won’t oblige if you point out that the music is loud and quality of sound is noisy. Parking space is beautifully studded with flowers. Location is great. I haven’t stayed at their rooms but have been to restaurants at least 4 times a year. Very neat and clean. Ambience is perfect to make your mood wherever you enter like restaurant, gallery, lobby. Lighting is very eye soothing. Old age & wheel chair friendly access. Security guards / parking assistant are very helpful & polite. But then it’s not my first choice of fine dining unless I can’t drive to the one on Meerut Byepass or to Sarovar Portico in Haridwar.

The Property looks beautiful, location is very good but staff is hands down - one of the worst one can imagine.Mr. Brijesh ( Happens to be Front office manager)Ms. NEETU ( Happens to be front office executive)Front office people are Mad here and have no way to deal customers.You are on your own.

Very bad experience at Plasa Hotel.I am staying here right now and there is continuous loud noise, vibrations, and strange machine sounds coming nonstop in the room. It feels like some heavy machine is running all the time. Because of this noise, it is impossible to relax or sleep properly.I have already called the reception twice, and every time they just say ’I will check’ and disconnect the call. No one actually comes to resolve the issue.Extremely unprofessional staff and very disturbing environment. Definitely not recommended if you want peace and rest
