Palguni Residency

I reserved a room for one day; the rooms are nice but the staff is not helpful. We ordered food in the restaurant and it took over half an hour to get dosa. I have a 1-year-old child, and we just asked if we could make dosa ourselves. We had everything except a gas stove for 5 minutes since they weren't serving dosa. They refused. I've stayed in regular hotels where the staff was much more supportive.

I enjoyed a very nice stay at Hotel Palguni Residency in Hassan. The rooms were tidy, well-kept, and cozy, providing a comfortable experience. The staff were polite and supportive all along. The food was delicious, of good quality, and had a fair selection. One of the highlights is that the hotel provides great value, offering reasonable prices without sacrificing comfort or service. In summary, it's an excellent option for visitors to Hassan. I would certainly suggest it and look forward to staying here again.

Overall, a very good stay at Palguni Residency! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was highly courteous. Our only minor complaint was the lack of blackout curtains in the road-facing room, which allowed outside light to filter in at night
