Phoenix Resort

This resort is absolutely terrible! ’? They completely disregard smaller groups, making us wait 1.5 hours for dinner. ’? Clearly, only large parties bringing in significant revenue receive any attention. Steer clear if you're a couple or a small group. ’? Such a waste of time! ’?

This hotel offers some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Neither the general service nor the staff performance is up to par. The manager, Vikas Dixit, is completely unsuited for his position’he lacks basic etiquette, has poor communication skills, and shows a total lack of hospitality knowledge. I am genuinely surprised that management has retained him in this role

Visited Phoenix Restaurant during Janmashtami and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The entire restaurant was beautifully decorated and the festive atmosphere was full of energy and positivity. The celebrations were managed really well and made the occasion feel extra special.The food was amazing with a huge variety of options to choose from, and every dish we tried was delicious. Service was equally impressive ’ the staff was attentive, polite, and handled everything smoothly even during the festive crowd.The interiors are beautifully designed and add a very premium and comfortable vibe to the place. One of the best parts of the evening was the musical night and Matki Fod celebration, which made the whole experience lively and memorable.Overall, a fantastic place for food, celebrations, and family gatherings. Highly recommended for festive occasions and special outings!

I have been staying at this hotel for approximately three months, and my experience has been excellent throughout. The staff is extremely polite, mature, and calm in their approach. I have not faced any issues during my stay. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable.The restaurant offers top-quality food with great taste and consistency. The chef regularly checks for feedback, and the staff provides outstanding service. The food is delicious and of high quality. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Phoenix Resort in Rajkot, and it was an excellent experience overall. The resort is beautifully maintained with lush green surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.The staff were extremely courteous and responsive, always ready to assist with a smile. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, with a good variety in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The swimming pool and recreational facilities added to the charm of the stay.Overall, Phoenix Resort is a fantastic choice for families, couples, or even business travellers looking for comfort and tranquillity in Rajkot.
