The resort is beautifully maintained with lush green surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The refrigerator in the room was not working, and the electric kettle was also non-functional. Additionally, the balcony door handle was jammed ’ once locked, it was extremely difficult to open. Although complaints were made to room service, no action was taken.Free Wi-Fi service is available in the room. The room's is equipped with an electronic door lock system, and if the door is not properly closed, an alarm alerts you to secure it correctly.The washroom is well maintained, with both hot and cold water available.The food quality and taste were average. Basic items like tawa roti were not available. Considering the taste and quality, the food prices felt quite high.On a positive note, the property has a very large parking area, and the banquet hall is spacious and well-maintained.

I'll give 5 for dining. Staff behaviour and attitude is best. Food is genuinely good. Ambience is best out of the whole thing.One thing is missing that menu form should be change. This type of menu form is also available with 180 rs unlimited dish dining hotels. Jus jokin.. evrything is best. ’’??

We went for dinner there and our experience was wonderful. The location of the resort is at virda vajdi at kalawad road.We ordered soup , starter and sizzler and it was very good in terms of quality and quantity as well.Our per person bill was 1200 Rs and that was worth.Interior of the hotel was very good and staffs were also very attentive and polite.This is good option for couple because it is 12 Km from rajkot so you enjoy long trip experience.

We recently hosted our daughter's wedding at Phoenix Resort, Rajkot, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The venue is beautiful, spacious, and has a lovely atmosphere . The entire hotel staff was extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.From smooth coordination to timely service, everything was handled flawlessly, which allowed us to enjoy the functions without any stress. Special mention about the food which was absolutely delicious - our guests kept on praising the flavours and variety along with the ambiance and hospitality throughout.Special thanks to Mr Jagdish Bhai & Mr Nitesh bhai for their impeccable coordination and thoughtful understanding .
