Location is good but to make it perfect needs maintenance, there were dogs (may harm kids), monkeys, spider webs in room, smell in bathroom. Food was average. If these are improved it could be worth the money.

We stayed in a quadruple room which was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The property offers beautiful views all around. The river flowing in front adds a peaceful atmosphere. The food is good and hygienic, and the staff are humble. Overall, it's a very pleasant place to stay.
