The owner Harsh is quite rude and lacks proper manners when dealing with guests. Despite having a confirmed booking through booking.com, he claimed that bookings from that site are not taken seriously. Having an online confirmation does not guarantee check-in here. The behavior is totally unprofessional. The property does not match the pictures at all; everything shown is misleading. It's a terrible place.

The hotel management is excellent, all the staff provide nice service, and Himmu Ji, the hotel supervisor, is a good person.

My experience at the properties was very poor, even though I stayed with my family at both. The owners need to realize that both the rooms and service are crucial to attract guests in the hotel industry, especially when room demand is high during peak seasons. The food and rooms are overpriced. However, the staff at both places are cooperative, but there are too few of them. The current staff do their best to meet guest needs promptly, and I appreciate their efforts. Still, the owners should pay attention to guest feedback about both properties. The locations listed online for both are terrible for outside and local drivers. Please provide accurate locations online. Increasing staff numbers is necessary to properly serve guests. Word of mouth praise from guests is the only free advertisement you have. Therefore, boosting staff strength at both properties is urgently needed.

Worst hotel experience. The stay was disappointing overall. The power went out in the middle of the night, and there was no backup available. The bathroom seat was broken, and no basic bathroom amenities were provided. Considering the poor service and facilities, the hotel felt overpriced. The location was also inconvenient, as it’s far from most sightseeing spots in Rishikesh. My suggestion: avoid booking this property.
