This was sadly my least pleasant stay to date. The room lacked fundamental items such as the AC remote and bathroom necessities, and the door lock was broken, causing me to feel insecure. In general, the property seemed neglected and failed to uphold basic hospitality expectations. I advise against staying here until these problems are resolved.

This place is very badly managed and does not meet even the simplest hospitality standards. Important items like the AC remote and basic bathroom supplies were missing, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, the door lock was broken and seemed like it could fail at any moment, which is a serious safety and maintenance concern. The property's overall state showed a total disregard for detail and guest comfort. This was definitely the worst Airbnb stay I've ever had. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone until these basic problems are fixed.

My experience was somewhat disappointing because the hotel is located far from the main center. I had booked for two days, but on the second day, they asked me to leave the room due to another booking. However, one of the staff members was very kind and refunded the remaining amount. I would advise future travelers to avoid this place since there are better options near Laxman Jhula.

Had the worst experience ever. It took over an hour to locate the place, then the water supply was suddenly cut off, and the staff were very indifferent, saying kya kr skte h. I would not suggest this to anyone.

The owner Harsh is quite rude and lacks proper manners when dealing with guests. Despite having a confirmed booking through booking.com, he claimed that bookings from that site are not taken seriously. Having an online confirmation does not guarantee check-in here. The behavior is totally unprofessional. The property does not match the pictures at all; everything shown is misleading. It's a terrible place.
