Careless staff no response

Great experience..staffs and officials are very much dedicated..you will get solution to every problem

Behaviour of most of the staff and officer (note: NOT all but Most) specially the lady who update passbook is very harsh. They are also very careless, for e.g. when I updated my address my house name is entered as the Street name. Inspite of my request it was not corrected.

Out of six cash counter only two or three out of them at a time , it's disappointing to see hundreds of coustomer waiting for their work to be done but bcz of only 2 two cash counters working at a time it's takes hours to get their workdone , it's totally frustrating for the people specially working in shops or on daily wages had to spend hours to get their own money back . It's not that only people have to complain agian again to the manager , why can't he manage to take out 5min and look what's going around in his bank . It's totally disgusting and one more I would like to say the two three counters working their workers I don't know what to say about them lazy or they belong to senior citizen their fitness is a big issue after dealing with two or three coustomer I don't know for what reason I saw they roam around in the bank campus . A lot to improve , plz improve as soon as possible .One more thing I would like to add is that I only I have no complaint other then that ,the rest of them is working perfectly needs to appricated as well
