- property and location is good but everything is overpriced including packaged drinking water( 3x charges)- Toiletries are provided, including hair dryer. But Resort does not provides Iron which is essential in rainy season. You get get clothes ironing but you’ll have to pay extra for hospitality services.

Honestly, for the first time ever, I found myself missing a resort after coming back home. Usually, no matter how great the stay is, it always feels like "there's no place like home"’but Purple Palms earned a very special place in our hearts.’Being there truly reminded me that there is still so much goodness and warmth left in the world. The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and caring, making our stay deeply memorable.’A few special highlights and mentions for the team:’Housekeeping Team: Bala Krishna, Saraswathi, and Palak ’ thank you for keeping our room so spotless, comfortable, and inviting. Your work ethic and polite nature were top-notch.’Rakshith & The Honest Help: This is an incident I will never forget. I accidentally dropped my toe ring in the pool and couldn't find it, so I walked away. Later, when my husband mentioned it to the team, a staff member named Rakshith went out of his way to find it in the pool and personally handed it back to me. That level of honesty and willingness to help means the world to me!’Ozone-Controlled Pool: The swimming pool was ozone-controlled, making it super clean, hygienic, and very gentle on the skin.’Dining & In-House Bar: The food at their Elephant Restaurant was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor! Manoj and Ehsaan at the restaurant took such amazing care of us with their thoughtful service. They also have an in-house bar called Bandook Bar, which adds a great vibe to the evening.’Gaming Zone & Gym: The resort has a fun and well-maintained Game Zone, which was super enjoyable. Their Gym is also fully equipped with all proper machinery, making it easy to stay active during the vacation.’Along with everyone named above, I also want to extend a big heartfelt Thank You to all those staff members and employees whose names I couldn't ask for or don't know, but who worked hard behind the scenes to make our stay seamless.’The service, amenities, food, ambiance, and above all, the genuine warmth of the people here were simply unmatched. We really liked this resort. stay was peaceful and we visited again after our 1st visit. Food is really good and staffs were friendly

Everything good including room service, staff behaviour, cleaning and super food.The extra charge for my 9 yr old kid was taken there but surprisingly it was without a cot, for that I needed to pay 1500 per day extra which was a shame. Apart from this experience all well
