One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.The air conditioner in the room sounded like an industrial punching machine, making loud noises every 20’30 minutes throughout the night. As a result, I could not get any proper sleep.I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel under any circumstances until these issues are resolved. The staff members are polite and genuinely try to help, but they seem unable to fix the underlying problems. In fact, one of my college colleagues staying in a different room experienced the exact same issue, which suggests this is not an isolated case.A good night's sleep is the most basic expectation from any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this property failed completely in that regard

Will not recommend this place at all, very bad experience in the hotel room, it was full of cockroaches, there was water clogging in the sink, breakfast was pathetic, bedspread were very dirty, towels were not clean enough, spring mattress was not comfortable enough so couldn't have a good sleep.

The only good thing here is the staff. Rooms are below average, the hotel isn't worth the money. They only provide Breakfast and it is terrible. Frequent power cut offs and there's no backup. Reception is functioning without a ceiling fan; AC would be a big deal.

In December month, this hotel was booked for us by a travel agency... If there was a different rating for the staffs working there, I would have given a 4star for their behaviour, however this hotel deserves zero rating at max. The rooms are very shabby. We were provided room 102, which was in such a position where privacy can be easily compromised as for one side of the wall there was a big window with thin curtains which was adjacent to a common passage. I spoke to the manager to shift us to a different room, however as expected they said they had no other vacant room. Our room was pre-booked and the photos which our agent showed while booking was not the same as the one we were provided. The bedsheets seemed to have never ever been changed. Toilet was unclean. The good part is that their staffs were cooperative and they immediately changed bedsheets and cleaned the washrooms and also put a barrier in the common passage. But overall this hotel was not worthy.
