Terrible experience. I would not suggest this hotel, especially for families. The room was very dirty, with bedsheets and pillows smelling bad. The bedsheets had several tears, and the overall cleanliness was very low. The staff's attitude was disappointing; they argued with guests over minor issues and were unhelpful. The biggest problem was the room key system: guests do not get their own key. The reception holds a master key, and each time you return, you must call them and wait for someone to unlock the door. Despite asking many times, they refused to give a personal room key. Another issue was that they used someone else's ATM/debit card to power the room. When I politely asked about this, a staff member yelled at me, saying, "Am I using your card? No, so don't get involved." This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I also asked for a receipt for extra person charges, but the hotel refused to provide any bill. When I asked for the owner's name to raise concerns, the staff refused and even said they didn't know the owner's name. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, with poor cleanliness, no transparency, rude staff, and an inconvenient room access system making the stay very unpleasant.

I would rate this hotel negatively. I would never recommend booking it for family, group, or solo stays. I had reserved a room for one night with a check-in time of 12pm, but when I arrived at 2pm, they told me there was no available room despite my fully paid Agoda booking. After a long argument, they finally gave me a room at 3pm, but with no services provided. The staff were completely unhelpful. The location is poor and the rooms are not very good either.
