I booked delux room for 1 night from clear trip online.in my booking room with lake view is mentioned but they gives a different room.after wasting my time & request they change the room.i think this is not expected from a good descent hotel staff need to remain perfect in their duty.rooms are well maintained.food as well nice hygienic.

’’’’’Stayed at RAGA Hotel for 1 night while travelling from Belagavi Airport. The stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Rooms were clean, staff was polite, and the location is convenient for travelers. A good option for an overnight stay during transit. Would recommend.

Disappointing Hotel Experience

Hotel rooms are decent but the staff needs a lot of training and decency in how to talk with customer. Especially the manager Wasim is very rude and arrogant and the the intern named Rahul is useless and doesn't know anything. Better to take a hotel nearby where you'll have peace of mind.Also the rooms were not cleaned and I had to ask the housekeeping to come and clean it.
