third class behaviour of front deskthey don't know how to talk to the customers.they carrying a third class attitudewe as a group of 10 members have to cancel our party on the moment.

I recently stayed at the Red Apple Hotel and had an amazing experience! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to key attractions and business areas. The rooms are spacious, clean, and elegantly designed with all the modern amenities you need. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure every guest feels welcome and cared for.

I could have given more then five if possible. I went there for dinner. The restaurant was very clean and the lobby area is also neat and clean . cooling was very good ’?.the environment was heaven.there is a family restaurant. There were so many families and couples come for dinner.the food was very tasty.also the staff was very good behaviour they all are very professional in there work. Everything is very good and deserve 10 ’ if possible. I really appreciate all the staff. Very good experience with Red Apple hotel. I also visited the rooms was very clean and peaceful.

Degrading my rating from 4 to 1. I have been a regular customer there. But their parking staff has no manners to talk to guests. It's the third time that they argue and mis behave with me and my guest. Firstly, they remain absent during parking and misbehave while returning. Well mannered staff should be appointed else the hotel's reputation will be tarnished.
