RG Exclusive Stay & Fine Dine Akola

Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel RG Exclusive, Akola. The rooms were clean, well-maintained and comfortable, with a pleasant ambience. The staff was courteous, polite and helpful throughout the stay. The food was also delicious and the overall hospitality was excellent.A good choice for both business and leisure travellers. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Hotel RG Exclusive to others visiting Akola.

I stayed at RG with my family for 3 days in June 2026, my parents had to stay again twice after my subpar experience for work. On their most recent stay, they had the most horrible experience they have ever had in a hotel. I will list it down.1. They demanded for a room in the new building at RG, it turned out that the new room was even worse than the previous one. The room they received was congested, had no ventilation or windows.2. The bathroom floor height was nearly a feet above the ground which is not convenient for elders, can lead to tripping over the floor disparity.3. My younger brother who was staying in a separate room had a sleepless night due to loss of electricity, he called the reception but nobody came. He didn’t bother my parents as it was 2:00am but he was tired and frustrated the next day. From 2:00am to 11:30 which was their checkout time he had to stay without any electricity, which is unacceptable.4. The water heater was way too small, they had to use a bucket multiple times for a single bath.5. They ordered onion pakoda as room service, they received a DEAD COCKROACH along with their order in their plate.6. The AC had no remote, either on or off. Which is again highly unacceptable.7. The bed had wooden blocks as a backrest which is counterintuitive to providing comfort to guests.Would highly NOT recommend staying here as of August 2026.

My younger brother, staying in another room, lost electricity at 2:00am and called reception, but no one came. He stayed without power until checkout at 11:30am, leading to a sleepless night and frustration. 4. The water heater was too small, requiring multiple bucket fills for one bath. 5. They ordered onion pakoda via room service and found a dead cockroach on their plate. 6. The AC had no remote control to turn it on or off, which is unacceptable. 7. The bed had wooden blocks as a backrest, which is uncomfortable for guests. I strongly advise against staying here as of August 2026.

The service was outstanding and the staff were very courteous.

Service was excellent and the food was tasty.
