Royal Ritis

Recently visited this place, ambiance is very good, in love with the location. Worst part of this property is that food is over priced, quantity is less and quality of food is worst, ordered some veg and non veg starters, veg was quite good but non veg starters where worst, chicken was stinking this was not with one starter but with all chicken items which we ordered. Think twice before visiting this "Royal Ritz". Not worth visiting, if you want to waste money then then do visit this property. It doesn't even deserve one star rating

We were there for a bulk booking wanting to book the property for a marriage function... But to our surprise, the booking team was very irresponsible, lethargic, and uninterested in such a bulk booking... I am not sure whether the owner has advised them to do so or these staff are just playing with the owners...Such irresponsible and hopeless behaviour is unexpected of such a brand...This would definitely tarnish the image and future bookings will surely be affected..

First the team n management was good but kow some other local brand have taken over the property, For marriage n event bookings they don't respond properly nor respond us properly, and the talk as if we are in need for bookings n hubli don't have other hotels

’? Stayed at the newly renamed Royal Ritz (formerly Anant Grand, Airport Road, Hubli) ’ a huge disappointment. ’’? Breakfast was poor, ’ tea took 1 hour, ’? TV dead, ’? dirty bathrooms, ’? bathroom door lock broken, ’? room floors unclean, and staff response was painfully slow. Service quality has dropped drastically after the management change. ’? *We truly miss the old Anant Grand ’ it had heart, charm, and standards this place has lost*
