Very Poor Stay ’ Serious Hygiene IssuesThis was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced, mainly due to lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance.Room & Cleanliness’Bathroom was the most unclean I’ve ever seen ’ stains everywhere and a constant foul smell.’The room was not cleaned properly before check-in.’Sofa was extremely dirty, with food spills clearly not cleaned.’Cobwebs all over the room and the fan was dusty and unclean.’Cupboard had a persistent bad odor.Appliances & Safety’The electric kettle was rusted and poorly maintained.’With a baby, this is especially concerning ’ do not rely on or use it.Food & Beverages’Tea was basically just hot water.’Breakfast was not included, and we were asked to pay separately on the day of check-in.Wi-Fi’Wi-Fi was pathetic.’Staff openly mentioned they do not guarantee proper internet, which clearly shows they take no responsibility.Laundry Service’Extremely poor service.’Even after multiple reminders, laundry was not picked up.Pricing’Overpriced for the quality, hygiene, and very limited menu.Overall Experience’The bathroom condition and room smell made me lose my appetite.’I had booked the stay for a week but had to check out early due to the unbearable conditions.They take the money and expect guests to live in pathetic, unhygienic conditions.If you are looking for a hotel with basic cleanliness and hygiene, this is NOT the place.

They don't have a wheelchair for elderly and physically challenged. Rooms are spacious but a/c was not effective. Breakfast is ordinary. Service is just ok, you need to ask for everything from towels to water etc,

I booked a room for my family after hearing good things about this resort. But it turned out to be a nightmare experience. The room was not cleaned properly before handover. We saw hair strands all over the floor, which is discuting. It was never cleaned, even after I raised a complaint. They were never provided towels after a couple of calls and a direct message to the reception.I would suggest, Reach early and check the room before accepting it.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had a mixed experience. The room was excellent - it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. However, the food at the hotel restaurant was quite disappointing. The quality didn't meet my expectations, which unfortunately affected my overall stay. The service was good, but I hope they improve the dining aspect.

The so called, self proclaimed 3 star hotel, charged 5,500 INR per room including an extra bed.The room is big, filled with cigar smell. There is no smoking and non smoking rooms.Extra bed will be provided, but pillows, bed spread and blankets will be provided after 6 hours that too being called numerous times.When we call at 8 am for ordering coffee for room service, it’s informed that breakfast buffet is going on, therefore they can’t provide room service at that time.Swimming pool, the cleaning system was not operational and the tiles had already come of.Other than location being close to main falls and the size of the room’ ending up paying 5,500 for a room, feel like taken for a ride. Highly not recommended and they are nothing like a 3 star hotel’
