In the other room, the phone was not working, hence we had to climb 3 storeys up and down every time. ACs not working properly. Bathroom drain is far off, taps leaking, hence all time wet.

The hotel has a very strong unpleasant odor, and the rooms smell bad. Hygiene is lacking, and the bathrooms lack basic supplies with water flow that is either very slow or nonexistent. The hotel service is terrible; staff do not pay attention or bother to clean the beds, and the sheets were stained. I do not recommend this hotel.
