Property is not safe
Extremely dissatisfied with our stay. There was no hot water available at night, and when we asked, we were told that hot water is only available from 5 AM to 8 AM because of “their shower runs only on solar system”. This is completely unreasonable for a hotel.They also did not provide complimentary drinking water. When we requested a bottle of water, the staff member who delivered it asked us to pay immediately at 10 PM in the night , in cash only, at the time of delivery. This was quite surprising and inconvenient, especially when even basic hotels usually provide complimentary water or allow such charges to be added to the room bill.To make matters worse, we were allotted a room right next to the housekeeping room. The housekeeping staff kept gathering there and in the lobby, talking loudly late into the night, making it extremely difficult to rest or sleep.Basic expectations such as hot water, drinking water, and a peaceful room were simply not met. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable, poorly managed, and highly disappointing experience. I would definitely not recommend this hotel based on our stay.
Its a budgeted 2 star property, fotos on net were more appealing but rooms were below average, however location was very good
