No running hot water in the morning. Had to go to the reception and the staff told me to wait for 15 minutes as he was just going to switch on the water heater. Saw a dead cockroach in the bathroom floor in the morning. Those who are scared of pests will have a hard time staying here. The controller of ceiling fan didn't work and it always ran at high speed making it unusable. The A/C wasn't cooling enough. I wonder how this hotel got such good reviews in the past. I now know that reviews can be bought.
