Had a great stay at SG royal portico hotel, food was delicious, staff also good well behaviour
This hotel dsnt even deserve 1 star. The photos given are way different from what hotel is, the hotel is shabby, stinking, useless, no amenities and even no water bottles in room, no ttiwels, no soap, all need to be asked.Overall AGODA should not even have these hotels in its list.
Dont book this hotel, photis and reality is very different. Agoda should not even list such hotels in its website. We were conned by showing lucrative photos but the room is small and horrible. There no space to even keep luggage or open it. The staff is not that friendly too, there was garbage kept in the lobby itself, we need to even call for towels, only 1 x 500 ml water bottle was kept for 2 people. In breakfast we were given only two option of poha and parantha and could only choose one dish. The rooms were smelly and we had to call the reception to put spray. The hotel also does not have a in house kotchen and food is brought from outside, so the food quality is also questionable. Can keep on going.
