Excellent stay at Udman Hotel Haridwar! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Haridwar.

Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.The air conditioner did not work from the moment I checked in, and despite calling the front desk several times, the issue was never resolved satisfactorily. The room walls were covered with stains, giving the entire room an unclean and poorly maintained appearance.The bathroom was filthy, had a strong foul smell, and was clearly not cleaned properly before my arrival. The overall hygiene and maintenance standards were completely unacceptable.This hotel falls far below even the most basic expectations of cleanliness, comfort, and guest service. I deeply regret staying here and would strongly advise others to avoid this property unless significant improvements are made.

During our 7-day stay in Haridwar, one thing became very clear: finding a clean ghat of Maa Ganga is difficult, but finding truly hygienic, high-quality food is even more difficult. Fortunately, by the grace of Maa Ganga, we discovered Udman Haridwar by Ferns N Petals and its excellent restaurant, The U Kitchen Restaurant, located near our accommodation.On the very first day of our trip, we decided to have lunch here. From the moment we experienced the quality of the food, hygiene standards, taste, freshness, hospitality, and the spotless cleanliness of the premises, we knew we had found something special. In fact, we felt lucky to have discovered this place on Day 1 itself.Although we were not staying at the hotel, we ended up visiting The U Kitchen every single day of our stay’for lunch, dinner, and sometimes even breakfast. The food was consistently fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. Every meal reflected high standards of quality and hygiene, which is something that cannot be taken for granted in a busy pilgrimage city.What impressed us even more was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Every member of the team was polite, cheerful, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their warm attitude made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers.One particular experience perfectly reflects their customer-centric approach. On a few occasions, we arrived for dinner when the restaurant was serving only a buffet for in-house guests and ?? la carte service was not available. However, after understanding our situation, the team went out of their way to accommodate us. They specially accepted our ?? la carte order and prepared dinner according to our preferences. Such gestures are rare and deserve special appreciation.The pricing is absolutely justified by the quality offered. In fact, after trying food at various local eateries around Haridwar and even near Har Ki Pauri, one realizes how important hygiene and food quality truly are. At Udman, you can enjoy your meal with complete peace of mind, knowing that cleanliness, freshness, and customer satisfaction are top priorities.A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Udman Haridwar and The U Kitchen Restaurant for making our week-long stay in Haridwar so comfortable and enjoyable. Had an excellent stay and the service was great! Hospitality was top tier. Clean rooms and fantastic breakfast spread. Easy accessibility to Swami Sarvanand Ghat and Har ki Pauri is nearby. Will definitely come back for my next Haridwar visit.

The hotel is situated at a very convenient location from the har ki Pauri and auto can easily take you from here to the harki paudi, the best part is they have a parking where you can park your car and leave itThe breakfast is very tasty, hygienic and with a lot of variety.We booked a suite for our family which was very huge and very comfortable.Perfect for a comfortable visit to Haridwar.
